摘要
面对溢油回收船的需求越来越大,但其造价较高,利用率比较低的问题,在常规全回转拖船的基础上进行研究,开发设计了既满足溢油回收功能又满足港口作业需要的全回转船舶。在不影响全回转拖船进行港口作业的情况下,配备围油栏、收油机和消油喷洒装置等设备,达到消除污染的目的,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
In the face of the problem of more and more great requirement of spilled oil recovery ship,but higher capital cost,lower coefficient of utilization,the paper develops and designs z-propeller ship satisfying oil spill recovery function as well as harbor operation demands based on general z-propeller tug boat. At the condition of no influencing z-propeller tug harbor operation,the ship equips oil fence,oil recovery machine and oil eliminating sprinkler etc equipments,achieving the aim at eliminating pollution,having better society benefit and economic benefit.
