摘要
目的参加卫生部临床输血相容性检测室间质量评价,提高实验室整体管理水平。方法应用微柱凝胶卡式法进行检测。结果 2011-2014年,本输血科共参加卫生部临床输血相容性检测室间质量评价12次,每次参评项目各检测结果均与卫生部正确结果一致,准确率为100%。结论参加临床输血相容性检测室间质量评价,可规范实验室检测工作,提高实验室人员业务技术水平,确保临床输血安全。
Objective To improve laboratory management by taking part in the external quality assessment organized by Ministry of Health in clinical blood transfusion compatibility testing. Methods Clinical blood transfusion compatibility testing was carried out by micro-column gel agglutination assay. Results The testing results have been completely consistent with those tested by Ministry of Health, which indicates that the accuracy was 100%, since the external quality assessment became a part of clinical blood transfusion compatibility testing for 12 times from 2011 to 2014. Conclusion Extemal quality assessment is helpful to standardize laboratory performance, to improve professional skills, and to ensure blood transfusion safety.
