无线通信电台在选矿厂DCS中的设计与应用

摘要 选矿厂DCS是数字化矿山的重要组成部分,本文综合考虑紫金集团某矿业大型选矿厂的工业环境,设计了基于Atmega1281和CC1100无线通信电台的硬件电路,并成功应用于该选矿厂DCS的Profibus DP总线网络中,解决了周边传动型浓密机无法敷设通信线缆的难题。实践表明,该无线通信电台误码率、可靠性及实时性满足现场需求。 Concentrator DCS is important component of digital mine, industrial environment of a large concentrator in Zijin Group should be taken into consideration in this paper, hardware circuit based on Atmega1281 and CC1100 wireless communication station has been designed and successfully applied in Profibus DP busbar network of concentrator DCS, and it can solve the problems that communication cables of drive thickener cannot be laid. The practice shows that error rate, reliability and real-time of the wireless communication station can meet site requirements.
