摘要 目前配电网重构模型大多以网损最低为目标函数,并没有考虑配电网的可靠性和停电事故带来的经济损失。针对这个现状,提出以配电网运行效益最优为目标的网络重构。首先介绍了配电网经济性与可靠性指标及其计算方法,并通过平均电价折算倍数法定量的计算停电损失费用。然后,以配电网运行损失费用最低为目标函数构建重构模型。最后在网络等效化简的基础上通过混合粒子群算法,求得配电网的运行效益最优时的开关状态。 At present, most of the distribution network reconfiguration models take the minimum network loss as ob- jective function, and they do not consider the reliability of distribution network and the economic consequences of the power outage. Aiming at this situation, this paper puts forward a distribution reconstruction model for the optimal op- erating efficiency. Firstly, the economy and reliability index and the calculation methods are introduced. The loss caused by power off is evaluated quantitative by the average electricity price conversion ratio method. Then, the paper establishes the reconstruction model taking the minimum operating loss cost as objective function. At last, on the basis of network simplification, the model is solved by the hybrid particle swarm optimization method and the optimal switch state is obtained.
