摘要 目的探讨Snail+Slug在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组化检测Snail+Slug在60例宫颈癌组织和40例正常宫颈组织中的表达,分析Snail+Slug在宫颈癌组织中的表达状况以及与宫颈癌临床参数的关系。结果 Snail+Slug在宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织中阳性表达率分别为71.7%(43/60)、17.5%(7/40),两组间有统计学意义(χ2=29.917,P<0.05);Snail+Slug在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,在正常组织中偶见核表达。Snail+Slug的过表达与患者年龄无关(χ2=0.002,P>0.05),与宫颈癌的组织学分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴转移等有明显相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Snail+Slug在宫颈癌中高表达,提示其可能参与了肿瘤的发生和发展,并有望成为临床诊断及评价患者预后的新型标志物。 Objective To explore the expression of Snail+Slug in the tissues of cervical cancer and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods The expression of Snail+Slug in 60 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 40 healthy cervical tissues were tested by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of Snail+Slug in the tissues of cervical cancer as well as its correlations with the clinical parameters of cervical cancer were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Snail+Slug in tissues of cervical cancer and healthy cervical tissues were 71.7% (43/60) and 17.5% (7/40) respectively, and there was statistical significance between the two groups (x^2=29.917, P〈0.05); the expression of Snail+Slug in the tissues of cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in the healthy cervical tissues, and its expression was rarely seen in healthy tissues. The overexpression of Snail+Slug was not correlated with patients' age (x^=0.002, P〉0.05), and was significantly correlated with histological differentiation degree, clinical staging and lymphatic metastasis of the cer vical cancer. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of Snail+Slug in cervical cancers indicates that it may be involved in the genesis and development of tumor, which is expected to be- come a new marker for clinical diagnosis and assessment of patients' prognosis.
