摘要
大学生在大学时期形成的档案资料是其人事档案的基础性内容,加强大学生档案建设自然成为高校档案工作者和学生工作者的重要职责任务。针对学生档案建设与管理中存在的问题和不足,必须强化思想认识和工作力度,推进大学生档案规范化建设,改进管理和服务手段,提高档案服务质量和水平。
