摘要
实践教学在创新人才培养过程中发挥了重要的、不可替代的作用。本文分析了我校电工学实验室建设和管理的现状,在此基础上提出了进一步建设和管理的思路。本文从完善层次化实践教学体系、采用多种教学方法教学手段、实验指导书编写、师资队伍建设、教学质量保障体系及数字化实验室建设等方面出发,提出了电工学实验室建设和管理的主要内容。实践证明这些建设和管理措施是完全必要和可行的,它必将极大地提高电工学试验的教学质量。
Practical teaching plays an important and irreplaceable role in the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of electroteehnies laboratory construction and management, and proposes ideas of its further construction and management. Starting from improving hierarchical practical teaching system, adopting multiple teaching methods and means, experiment guidance books compilation, teaching staff construc- tion, teaching quality guarantee system and digital laboratory construction, this paper proposes the main content of eleetrotech- nits laboratory construction and management. It is shown in practice that these measures are necessary and feasible, and they will greatly improve the teaching quality of electrotechnics exper- iment.
