摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病,该病影响女性多个系统,以高雄激素表现、持续无排卵、卵巢多囊样改变为主要特征。现通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Cochrane library等数据库,搜索相关的多囊卵巢综合征的最新进展和系统评价,总结各种临床表现形式的多囊卵巢综合征的治疗方法,为PCOS的治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is one of the most common endocrine disorders in women of reproductive age. It affects women＇s many systems, three key diagnosis features of PCOS are hyperandrogenism, chronic anovulation and polycystic ovaries on ultrasonography. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PUBMED, Cochrane Library were searched for rele- vant latest progress of PCOS. The aim of this review is to summarize the treatment of various clinical features of PCOS and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of PCOS.
