摘要
根据电力系统的实际现状,分析了现有测温技术存在的不足,该文利用声表面波温度传感器和STM32处理器的精度高、功能强等特点,设计了一种智能温度监控系统。该系统采用声表面波传感器检测温度,以STM32处理器为核心,控制信号的发射和接收,以及处理和通讯温度数据等。介绍了声表面波传感器测温原理及STM32处理器性能,提供了智能温度监控系统的解决方案和软硬件设计思路。实验表明,该系统与现有测温设备相比具有更高的可靠性和操作性,为电力系统的安全可靠运营提供有力保障。
According to the actual situation of power system, the existing inadequacies of the current temperature measurement technology were analyzed. An intelligent temperature monitoring system was designed based on the characteristics of the high precision and powerful features of SAW temperature sensor and STM32 processor. SAW sensor was used to detect temperature in the system, taking STM32 as the core to control the transmission and re- ception signals, and to process and communicate the temperature data. The principle of SAW sensor and the per- formance of STM32 were introduced, providing the solution for temperature monitoring system and the designing i- deas of hardware and software. Experiments showed that, comparing with the existing temperature measurement device, this system had higher reliability and operability, providing a powerful guarantee for the safe and reliable op- eration of the power system.
