摘要
目的:将二维条码作为信息的载体应用于病案管理。方法 :根据QR(quick response)二维条码的技术特点,将二维条码控件有效地嵌入到电子病历系统中,把患者基本信息生成二维条码,在病历内容目录表上打印出来,同时生成二维条码标贴贴于病案袋,满足医院病案回收、质控、借阅的管理需求。结果:电子病历与QR二维条码技术相结合,增加了清晰美观度,提高了数据准确性,优化了工作流程,避免了重复劳动。结论:QR二维条码技术的应用,提高了病案的管理水平,为病案信息化管理提供了先进有效的技术手段。
Objective To use two-dimensional bar code as information carrier in medical records management. Methods According to the technical characteristics of QR two-dimensional bar code, the two-dimensional bar code control was em- bedded effectively in the electronic medical records system. Two-dimensional bar code generated from patient information was printed in the medical record directory table, and stuck on the case bag at the same time to meet the hospital manage- ment needs, ineluding recovery, quality control and lending. Results The combination of electronic medical record and QR two-dimensional bar code technology improved the degree of clarity, increased data accuracy, optimized the work flow, and avoided duplication of labor. Conclusion The application of QR two-dimensional bar code technology improves the man- agement level of medical records, and provides an advanced and effective technical method for medical record information management.
