降膜蒸发传热膜系数关联图的智能拟合

摘要 为了解决复杂多元非线性函数的拟合难题,对智能拟合法进行改进。改进后的智能拟合法可以对多变量关联图或数据列表进行拟合,获得更加精确简单的多元非线性函数。应用改进智能拟合法对降膜蒸发传热膜系数关联图进行了拟合,得到降膜蒸发器蒸发侧传热膜系数关联式、蒸汽在垂直管外的冷凝传热膜系数关联式。所得关联式形式简单、精度高,适用于工程设计计算。 In order to solve the fitting problem of complex nonlinear function, the intelligent fitting method is improved. The improved intelligent fitting method can fit the multi-variable correlation graph or data list, and obtain more accurate and simple nonlinear function. Improved intelligent fitting of falling film evaporator heat transfer film coefficient correlation graph is fitted to gi;ce the falling film evaporator side heat transfer coefficient associated with the film evaporator, vertical tube steam conden- sation heat transfer film coefficient of correlation. The resulting correlation is simple in form with high precision,and applicable to engineering computing.
