心力衰竭伴起搏适应证患者双心室再同步治疗的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 双心室同步起搏的概念在1983年由De Teresa在第七届全球心脏起搏研讨会上首次提出,上个世纪90年代中旬开始临床试验,目前已经历了20年历程。大量循证医学证据证明[1-4],对于窦性心律、左束支传导阻滞（LBBB）的收缩性心力衰竭具有良好的临床疗效。本文将探讨心力衰竭（心衰）伴起搏适应证患者双心室再同步治疗的效果及适应证。
