ITAII扩围趋势及其对我国ICT产业的影响 被引量：1

摘要 1997年《信息技术协议》生效极大地促进了全球信息技术产业的贸易自由化,并为我国带来了巨大的经济效益和信息技术产业的长足发展。近年来,由于ICT技术的快速发展使ITA协定面临范围太过狭窄的挑战,ITAII扩围之声与日俱增。本文介绍了ITA产生的背景、局限性及ITAII发展趋势,结合我国ICT产业发展情况,分析其对我国ICT产业的可能影响并提出应对的建议。
