摘要
血管生成是内皮细胞的重要功能,在胚胎发育、组织再生、炎症﹑肿瘤的生长与转移等多种生理和病理过程均有血管生成。传统的单层细胞培养(2D培养)模型是迄今最常用的体外实验研究模型,但存在诸多的不足,如细胞的生长特性与体内差异较大等。三维培养(3D培养)模型上细胞呈立体生长,更接近于体内的自然生长状态。3D培养已经发展出了多种方法,特别是近年组织工程技术的应用,3D血管生成模型的建立取得了很多新进展,在肿瘤领域的相关研究尤为活跃。
Angiogenesis is an important function of endothelial cells,which participates in physiological and pathological processes,such as embryo development,tissue regeneration,inflammation,tumor growth and metastasis. Monolayer( two-dimensional,2D) cell culture models are the traditional culture models widely used for in vitro experimental cell research. However,these models have several drawbacks,such as cell growing differs greatly from naturally grown cells. Cells growing in three-dimensional( 3D) matrix is closer to growth in vivo. In recent years 3D culture has developed a variety of novel methods,especially in combination with utilizing tissue engineering technology. A lot of progress has been achieved in 3D in vitro angiogenesis model,especially in the tumor research field.
