摘要
目的通过临床药师对1例妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染患者实施药学监护的过程,探讨此类患者的药学监护要点及药师在临床药物治疗中发挥的作用。方法针对患者病情及生理特点,从镇咳药物种类、糖皮质激素对胎儿影响等方面,临床药师制定了关于糖皮质激素种类、剂型、给药途径及剂量的给药方案,并对可能出现的不良反应进行监护。结果经糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗后,患者咳嗽症状得到有效控制,出院未见胎儿发育异常。结论临床药师参与个体化给药方案的制定,进行必要的药学监护,对于临床规范、合理用药具有重要意义。
Objective To find out the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care for a pregnancy patient with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods In the light of the specific case, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians formulating the care regimen of the patient including glucocorticoid type, dosage, route of administration and dose regimen, concerning about the adverse drug reaction induced by glucocorticoid. Results Because of the effective anti-infection and hypoglycemic treatment, the infection and blood glucose level of the patient were controlled. No fetal maldevelopment was observed. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in individualized dose regimen can make pharmaceutical therapy more normative and reasonable.
