摘要
目的分析成方制剂中黄柏、关黄柏的混用现象。方法以黄柏、关黄柏、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱为对照,与3批妇炎康片样品溶液点于同一块薄层板上,分别在两种不同的展开剂中展开,展开后,晾干,于365 nm紫外光下检视。结果在与盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、黄柏、关黄柏相应的位置上均呈现相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论采用两种展开系统同时进行展开,试验结果一致,验证了该品种的成方制剂中使用了关黄柏替代黄柏入药或二者同时入药的可能性。
Objective To analyze the mixing phenomenon of Phellodendri chinensis cortex and Phellodendri amurensis cortex in fuyankang tablets. Methods The standard solutions (phellodendri chinensis cortex, Phellodendri arnurensis cortex, palmatine hydrochloride, berberine hydrochloride) and the sample solution (three batches of fuyankang tablets) were pointed on the same piece of thin plate. It was expanded in two different developing agents respectively and observed under the view of UV light 365 nm after dried. Results In the corresponding position of the stand- ard solution, the sample solution showed fluorescent spots of the same color. Conclusion The results of the two expanded system were consistent. It was verified the possibility that either Phellodendri amurensis cortex was substitude for Phellodendri chinensis cortex or both the two drugs were used in the preparation of fuyankang tablets.
