摘要
通过对我国医学院校和药学院校的临床药学本科毕业生的就业情况分析,结合国内医药学院校临床药学专业培养方式与从业岗位的情况及美国临床药学就业方向,分析当前国内临床药学本科毕业生就业存在的问题,针对临床药学生就业问题提出建议。
Through the employment situation analysis of clinical pharmacy during the medical and pharmaceutical colleges and universities in China, this paper proposes some problems and some solutions compared with some situation of the USA.
