摘要
本文详细分析了粗煤泥分选现状,指出当前主要粗煤泥分选设备和工艺存在的问题,并对TBS干扰床分选机的工作原理和影响因素做出了细致分析。以山西某矿选煤厂为研究对象,通过增加TBS干扰床分选机对原选煤工艺进行改造,结果表明,改造后粗煤泥回收率得到显著增加,精煤回收率提高了2.91%,对于提高选厂经济效益具有显著的推助作用。
The drainage radius determination is an important link of drilling lay out,directly affect the effect of extraction and extraction cycle. The field measurement method large engineering quantity,long cycle,sealing high quality requirements,the measured results are sometimes inaccurate; SF6 tracer gas method can only measure the drainage radius of influence can not get the effective drainage radius; numerical simulation method is simple and convenient,but the gas extraction process is complicated changing process,the model is not established to reflect changes in the process,measured results have the deviation. These can be useful method combined with,in order to increase the accuracy of the gas drainage radius.
