摘要
中矢量和小矢量状态下负载和两电容之间有电流交换,是引起NPC三电平逆变器直流侧电容中点电位不平衡的主要原因。中矢量引起的中点电流导致中点电位波动,小矢量引起的中点电流导致中点电位偏移。零矢量和大矢量状态不会引起电容中点电位不平衡。
The current exchange which produces between the load and the two capacitors in the small state vector and vector state is a major cause of DC side capacitor of NPC three level inverter neutral point potential unbalance. Neutral point current causes the fluctuation of the neutral point potential,neutral point current small vector causes the neutral point potential shift. The zero vector and the large vector state does not cause the capacitance of neutral point potential unbalance.
