摘要
基于粘弹性理论,利用有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS,建立高模量沥青混凝土路面车辙变形的计算模型,并对高模量沥青混凝土进行抗压回弹模量试验和蠕变试验。对2项试验数据进行回归处理分析,得到外加剂(PR PLASTS)不同掺量和不同温度条件下高模量沥青混凝土的材料参数,并利用这些参数进行数值模拟计算,分析轴载、温度、外加剂(PR PLASTS)掺量、荷载作用次数和面层厚度等对车辙变形的影响,且拟合得出车辙变形的计算公式,其可为高模量沥青混凝土在沥青路面中的应用提供理论依据。
On the basis of viscoelastic theory and by means of finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS, this paper establishes a calculation model of rutting deformation of high - modulus asphalt concrete pavement, and carries out compressive modulus of resilience test and creep test of high-modulus asphalt concrete. The paper obtains material parameters of high - modulus asphalt concrete under the conditions of different dosages of additives by means of analysis of regression for data of 2 tests, performs numerical simulation and calculation by means of these parameters, analyzes influences of axial load, temperature, dosage of additives (PR PLASTS), acting times of load and thickness of surface course, etc. on rutting deformation, and obtains computational formula of rutting deformation by fitting, which can provide theoretical basis for application of high-modulus asphalt concrete in asphalt pavement.
