摘要 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法被广泛用于高盐食品中重金属含量的测定,该方法灵敏度高、测定结果准确。本文综述了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定高盐食品中Pb,Cd,Cr的研究进展,对加入不同的基体改进剂测定重金属的准确性、灵敏度和回收率等进行了评述,并对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法在高盐食品中重金属检测的应用进行展望。 The determination of heavy metals in high salinity matrix food by GFAAS was used widely, this method has high sensitivity and good accuracy. The paper summarized the research progress of detecting Pb, Cd, Cr in high salinity matrix food by GFAAS, the determination of heavy metals" accuracy, sensitivity and recovery was reviewed by adding different matrix modifier, and outlook the application of detecting heavy metals in high salinity matrix food by GFAAS.
