摘要
针对智能电网背景下,供电企业物资管理的新需求,结合某供电企业第三方配送情况实例,进行了详细的数据分析,探讨了供电企业物资管理第三方配送的经济性价值比选定问题,包括价值比、三类配送业务的特点和价值比选定分析等方面,并从增大车辆,增加配送地点和降低配送成本等方面入手,对供电企业配送价值比的提高措施进行了分析。优化前后的物资金额与价值比计算表明,探讨的供电企业配送价值比的提高措施是科学有效的,起到了良好的优化效果,有效地降低了第三方配送的成本。
Under the background of the smart grid and the new requirements of power supply enterprise material management, combining with an instance of a power supply enterprise cooperate with a third party distribution situation, carry on the detailed analysis of data, and discuss the power supply enterprise material management of third party distribution eco nomic value than questions. They includ value ratio, the characteristics of three kinds of distribution business, value than with the selected analysis and etc.. From the increase of vehicles and the delivery location, reducing the distribution cost and other aspects corresponding to the power supply enterprise distribution value than with improving measures is analyzed. Be- fore and after the optimization of material amount and value than with the table shows that exploring the value of power supply enterprise distribution than with the improve measures is scientific and effective. It has played a good optimization effect and effectively reduce the cost of third party distribution.
