摘要
目的:探讨食品中铬测定过程的质量控制。方法:运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铬测定过程中样品前处理、实验准备、标准溶液和仪器条件等几个环节的质量控制措施。结果:测定食品中铬标准样品结果准确。结论:严格质量控制下的食品中铬的测定,是得到准确可靠结果的有效保障。
Objective: To study the quality control of testing Cr in the food. Methods: The quality control measure of the experiment preparation, standard solution, and Instrument condition in the flam atomic absortion spectrometry was used to measure Cr in the food. Results: the determine results of standard samples of Cr in the food are all accurate. Conclusion: the determine of Cr in the food with the strict quality control is the effective method to obtain the accurate results.
