摘要
目的:探讨食品中铬测定过程的质量控制。方法:运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铬测定过程中样品前处理、实验准备、标准溶液和仪器条件等几个环节的质量控制措施。结果:测定食品中铬标准样品结果准确。结论:严格质量控制下的食品中铬的测定,是得到准确可靠结果的有效保障。
Objective： To study the quality control of testing Cr in the food. Methods： The quality control measure of the experiment preparation, standard solution, and Instrument condition in the flam atomic absortion spectrometry was used to measure Cr in the food. Results： the determine results of standard samples of Cr in the food are all accurate. Conclusion： the determine of Cr in the food with the strict quality control is the effective method to obtain the accurate results.
