摘要
目的观察在口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的应用效果。方法选取接受正畸治疗的患者70例,根据数字随机法将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组磨牙移位、上中切牙倾角差以及上中切牙凸距差等方面均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的应用效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of the application of Micro Implant Anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods 70 cases of patients were selected, according to the method of random number will be the into the observation group and the control group and observation group with micro implant body anchorage in the treatment and control group treated by routine method and compared between the two groups effect. Results The observation group molar displacement, the upper central incisors angle difference and the difference between the upper central incisors and the central incisors were superior to the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of Micro Implant Anchorage in orthodontic treatment is remarkable.
