摘要
文章阐明人本思想是中国传统文化的精髓之一,也是儒家管理思想最鲜明的特色。总结先秦儒家人本管理思想,目的在于揭示其丰富的人本、民本和重人的意蕴,继承其最具鲜明特色的"仁受"、"民为贵"等理念。人本管理思想极大地影响了企业价值观的构建。
The humanistic thought is one of the quintessence in Chinese traditional culture, which is also the most distinctive feature of the Confucian management thought. The Confucian humanistic management thought in Pre-Qin Period has rich connotation of humanism, people-orientation, and attaching importance to people. Its most distinctive feature embodies philosophy of ＂benevolence,＂ ＂The people are the most impor- tant element in a state.＂ Humanistic management thought greatly influenced the enterprise value construction.
