摘要
埋弧焊作为一种高效的焊接方法在制造业中得到了广泛的应用。但众多因素的影响使得埋弧焊焊缝易出现气孔等焊接缺陷。埋弧焊焊缝气孔除了与母材、焊丝和焊剂有关外,还与坡口形式、间隙、工艺参数、磁偏吹和清根等有关。本文分析了埋弧焊焊缝气孔产生的原因,并提出了合理的措施:规范使用焊接三大材料、严格辅助工序、合理的焊接规范和避免磁偏吹的产生。
As a high efficient welding method, SAW is widely applied in manufacturing industry. Due to the influences of many factors, the weld seam of SAW is easy to generate gas pocket. In addition to the base metal, wire and flux, The gas pocket relation with groove, clearance, process parameters, arc blow and back chipping. The reasons for gas pocket by SAW are analyzed and the reasonable measures are put forward: regulating the use of materials, and the aided process, reasonably regulating the process parameters and avoiding arc blow.
