摘要
分析了电弧焊焊接电弧周围磁场存在的原因及电弧受力规律,探究了材料、电源、焊接方法、焊接工艺等因素对其磁偏吹的影响,总结了电弧焊方法中磁偏吹产生的主要原因及防止措施,为焊接生产及质量控制提供技术参考。
The existence reasons of magnetic field around welding arc and field force action law to arc were analyzed.The effects of materials, power supply, welding method and technology on the arc blow were analyzed. The cause of the appearance of arc blow and prevention measures in arc welding method were summarized, which can provide technology reference for welding production and quality control.
