摘要
在实际生产中无法实现铝合金薄带材的对接连接。利用搅拌摩擦焊对厚度为0.7、0.5、0.4 mm铝合金薄带材进行试验,改变参数对搅拌摩擦焊工艺进行优化。针对焊接时铝合金薄带材受力易变形的问题,测量焊接时铝合金薄带材的受力大小,确定焊接薄带材的厚度极限和最佳工艺参数。研究表明:用搅拌摩擦焊可以实现铝合金薄带材对接方式的连接。通过拉伸试验其力学性能满足工业生产的需求,断裂发生在热影响区,焊缝接头强度较高。
Aluminum alloy strip butt joint cannot be achieved in actual production. The strip with the thickness of 0.7mm, 0.5mm and 0.4 mm was tested by FSW(friction stir welding), and the process for the FSW was optimized by changing parameters. The force of the alloy strip in welding was measured. The welding thickness limit and the best process parameters were determined.The results show that using friction stir welding can realize the butt joint connection of aluminum alloy strip. By tensile test, it can be obtained that, the fracture occurs in the heat affected zone and the strength of the welded is higher, then, the mechanical properties of the alloy strip can meet the needs of industrial production.
