摘要
本文通过探讨斜仰卧位B超引导下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术(PCNL)治疗上尿路结石的疗效及优点。得出结论:采用斜仰卧位B超引导下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术(PCNL)治疗上尿路结石,具有创伤小,出血少、恢复快、结石清除率高及并发症少等优点,也是一种同时利于患者和手术者的术式,是治疗上尿路结石的较好方法。
