摘要
探讨飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术围手术期的护理方法。方法:选取我院56例(72眼)采用飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化术病例给予临床回顾性分析总结。结果:本组患者通过手术治疗和围手术期的精心护理,未出现与手术相关的眼部感染及并发症。56例手术中55侧患者视力得到有效缓解,满意度提高到98%。结论:有效的围手术期护理对飞秒激光白内障手术患者的康复有促进作用,为手术成功提供有效保证,可大大提高患者满意度。
Objective to explore the femtosecond laser assisted cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery perioperative nursing methods. Methods: select 56 cases (72 eyes) with femtosecond laser assisted cataract phaco cases for clinical were retrospectively analyzed. Results: this group of patients with surgical treatment and perioperative care, does not appear eye infection and complications associated with surgery. 56 cases of surgery in 55 patients to effectively alleviate eyesight, satisfaction to 98%. Conclusion effective perioperative nursing in patients with femtosecond laser cataract surgery reha- bilitation has a promoting effect, to provide effective guarantee for successful operation, can greatly improve the patients' satisfaction.
