核因子-κB/I-κB在调蛋白促22RV1前列腺癌细胞增殖中的作用研究

摘要 细胞的增殖是个复杂的过程,其中涉及诸多因素并有各种机制互相作用。文献[1,2]表明调蛋白(HRG)对依赖雌激素的乳腺癌细胞、卵巢癌细胞有促增殖作用。我们既往的研究证实HRG对22RV1前列腺癌细胞有促进增殖作用[3],但其作用机制尚未完全明了,本研究即对核因子(NF)-κB/I-κB通道在HRG促22RV1前列腺癌细胞增殖中的作用进行探讨。
