摘要
阐述了电子信息装备体系及体系效能评估的概念,分析了装备体系评估的主要方法和技术,通过对比分析现有装备体系效能评估方法的优缺点和适用范围,将多Agent方法引入到电子信息装备体系评估,提出了一种基于多Agent方法的作战效能评估方法。介绍了多Agent方法的概念、优缺点和基本结构,构建了电子信息对抗系统的作战效能度量指标,设计了电子信息对抗系统的作战效能仿真框架,并基于Any LogicTM平台进行了仿真验证。基于Agent的评估方法既适应于电子信息对抗系统的作战效能评估,也适用于电子信息装备体系及其子系统的效能评估。
The concept of electronic information equipment SOS and SOS effectiveness evaluation were ex- pounded, and the main methods and technology of equipment SOS evaluation were analyzed. Through the comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing equipment SOS effectiveness evalu- ation methods and scope of application, a method of operational effectiveness evaluation based on multi-A- gent method was presented, after leading into the multi-Agent method. After a brief introduction to the concept, advantages, disadvantages and the basic structure of agent method, operational effectiveness met- rics and simulation framework of electronic countermeasures system were designed. At last, the simulation implementation was validated based on AnyLogicTMplatform. The evaluation method based on multi-Agent not only be applicable to the operational effectiveness evaluation of electronic information countermeasures system, but also to electronic information equipment SOS and subsystems.
