摘要
从社会参与、经济参与、文化参与、决策参与四个方面对韶山红色旅游社区参与问题展开系统研究,运用层次分析法得出13个评价指标并确定各指标权重,并根据13个指标的要求,对韶山进行实地调查。研究发现,韶山红色旅游经济参与和文化参与非常充分、社会参与相对适中、决策参与相对落后,整体社区参与不够充分。对此,应加强社区与政府、企业的沟通和交流,提高居民的责任感、使命感和凝聚力,以求最大程度实现韶山红色旅游发展综合效益。
This paper addresses the community participation in Shaoshan tourism from the social, economic, cultural and de- cision-making perspectives. With an analytic hierarchy process, 13 evaluation indexes are obtained and the weight of each index is determined. According to the requirements of 13 indicators, an investigation of Shaoshan is taken. The study finds that the eco- nomic and cultural participation in Shaoshan red tourism are sufficient and social participation is moderate, while community par- ticipation is far from being enough. In a word, whole community participation in Shaoshan tourism is inadequate. In this regard, the communication and exchange among community, government, and enterprises should be strengthened to improve people＇ s sense of responsibility, mission, and cohesion. Only by doing so, can red tourism in Shaoshan achieve the maximum develop- ment.
