摘要 通过对哥伦比亚大学学术研究项目以科学工程学科、人文艺术学科、社会研究学科分类管理办法的分析以及我国高校大学生创新计划实行学科差异化管理的SWOT分析,提出了开展理工类、社科类创新计划研讨课;改变人文科学创新计划考核方式,增加人文艺术创新计划奖学金等建议,探索学科差异化的大学生创新计划人才培养,保证大学生创新计划人才培养质量稳步提高。 Both the undergraduate innovation programs in China and USA have reached a certain scale. This article takes Columbia University as an example to discuss the management of undergraduate researches. In Columbia University,undergraduate researches are divided into science-engineering,art-humanities and social sciences three fields. Also SWOT analysis is conducted in discipline-based undergraduate innovation program in China. Based on what have been found,suggestions like providing seminar courses for students in science-engineering and social sciences and changing the original way of assessing undergraduate research in art-humanities field are given to improve the quality of the undergraduate innovation program in China.
