摘要 针对原汽车行驶工况记录仪故障频出,功能单一的现状,本文开发了基于虚拟仪器的汽车行驶工况记录分析系统。该系统在充分利用原设备轮速传感器的基础上,更新了油耗传感器,采用便携式数据采集卡NI-6341完成脉冲信号测量。精度对比测试表明,硬件系统的里程测量和速度测量精度满足教学要求。采用LABVIEW编写了系统软件,该系统软件不但能实时记录汽车行驶距离和油耗等基本信息,并且在此基础上计算速度、加速度等多种相关参数,为合成行驶工况提供丰富原始数据信息。系统应用实践表明,新系统不但能满足本科生教学实验的要求,更可为城市的典型行驶工况分析提供合适的数据记录和分析平台。 Due to its singleness of function and frequent occurrence of the faults,the old recording system for driving cycle of vehicle needs to be upgraded. To solve this problem,in this paper,a new recording and analyzing system based on virtual instrument is developed. The wheel speed sensor of old instrument is used,and the fuel consumption sensor is upgraded in the developed system. In order to acquire the signal of sensors,a portable data acquire instrument NI-6341 is adopted. The developed system has been applied in the practice of teaching. The result shows that the mileage and velocity measurement precisions of developed system are satisfying. The LABVIEW programming language has been applied in the development of system software. The new system software can record the information of mileage and fuel consumption in real time,and the corresponding velocity and acceleration features can be calculated. Compared with the old system,the software has more flexibility. The developed system not only meets the requirement of teaching experiment for undergraduate,but also is suitable for the recording and analyzing platform of driving cycle.
