摘要
针对铸造过程中铸钢阀体出现的缩孔缺陷,利用铸造工艺和金属凝固理论,对阀体的铸造工艺进行了分析,找到了产生缺陷的原因。利用计算机模拟技术对铸造工艺进行了优化,解决了阀门在铸造过程中的缩孔问题。实践表明,经过改进之后的铸造工艺有效地提高了铸件质量。
Mainly aimed at the shrinkage cavity of cast-steel valve in casting process, using the theory of casting process and the principle of solidification, the casting process of the cast-steel valve was analyzed, and the radical reasons of defects in casting process were found. The casting process was optimized by CAD, the shrinkage cavity in the cast-steel valves in casting process was eliminated. The results show that the new casting process can improve the quality of the castings effectively.
