摘要
综合运用计算机与人工智能算法和光学系统,在e Vision环境下设计了有图像采集、运动控制、图像处理3大模块构成的全自动定位焊接机器视觉系统,并对该系统进行了大量的实验。结果表明,该系统可以有效地提高焊点定位效率,相比人工定位焊接方式本系统精度能达到0.06 mm,并且可以实现全自动定位焊点。
An automatic positioning welding machine vision system was designed using computer and artificial intelligence algorithm and the optical system in e Vision environment, the system has the three modules of image acquisition, motion control and image processing. And a lot of experiments were completed on the system. The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of solder joint positioning, compared with the artificial positioning welding way, the system precision can reach 0.06 mm, and can realize automatic positioning solder joints.
