摘要
针对铁模铸造镁阳极出现的钢芯不居中、晶粒粗大、杂质元素含量过高、偏析、气孔、缩孔、裂纹、多肉、冷隔等缺陷的成因进行分析,并提出相应的防治措施。
The formation mechanism of casting defects including core misalignment problems, coarse grains, high content of purities, segregation, gas cavities, cracks, excess metal and cold laps were investigated, and the individual control measures were put forward.
