摘要
硒是人体和动物所必需的微量营养元素,湖北省恩施市被誉为"世界硒都",是中国主要富硒区(鄂西、陕西、湘西)之一,硒资源十分丰富,其境内由富硒岩石、富硒土壤、富硒矿泉水、富硒动植物资源聚集形成了天然富硒农业地质环境与富硒生物圈。通过恩施市硒资源特征及开发利用潜力分析,为合理开发利用硒资源提供依据。
Selenium is a necessary trace element for human beings and animals. Enshi area in Hubei Province, which is called ＂World Capital of Selenium＂, has rich selenium resource, and it is one of the main Se-rich areas （ West Hubei, Shaanxi, Hunan） of China. Natural Se-rich agricultural geology environment and biosphere are formed by Se-rich rocks, soils, mineral water, animals and plants in the area. According to the utilization potential and characteristics analysis of selenium resource in Enshi ,the author can provide some advices for developing and utilizing selenium resource reasonably.
