摘要
本文在阐述了管理层收购研究现状的基础上,以双汇集团为例描述了其管理层收购的过程。同时利用企业绩效评价体系对双汇集团MBO前后12年的业绩进行分析,得出双汇集团管理层收购对双汇集团绩效影响是积极正面的。
Based on introducing the research status of MBO, this paper describes the process of MBO taking Shuanghui Group as an example. At the same time it analyzes Shuanghui Group performance during 2001-2012 year with evaluation system of enterprise performance. Finally it is concluded that Shuanghui Group MBO has positive effects on Shuanghui Group performance.
