摘要
目的探讨建立暗娼艾滋病防治干预综合管理模式。方法对暗娼、娱乐场所业主、从业人员开展艾滋病防治健康教育和行为干预。结果建立了以县疾控中心为核心,以社区、妇女健康中心和VCT中心为基础,以县卫生局、公安局、计生局及文广体局等相关部门为组织保证的暗娼艾滋病防治干预综合管理模式。结论发挥社区的亲和力和便利性、同伴教育员的桥梁作用,发挥高危干预队的督查检查执法力量,在重点对暗娼分层分类采取与之相对应的艾滋病防治健康教育和行为干预,加强了对业主、娱乐场所从业人员及中老年人等人群开展艾滋病防治知识的宣传培训和推广安全套的使用,提高他们防治艾滋病的意识和能力,降低高危行为的发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the sex AIDS prevention intervention comprehensive management mode. METHODS To carry out prevention and control of AIDS health education and behavioral intervention on prostitutes, entertainment owners and employees. RESULTS Established by county CDC as the core, to the community, women＇s health center, VCT center as the foundation, prevention and treatment of AIDS among female sex workers in the County Health Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Health Bureau, SMG Bureau and other relevant departments to ensure the organization intervention comprehensive management mode. CONCLUSION Play the role of a bridge community affinity and convenience, peer education, play the supervision and inspection of law enforcement forces cadres team, to take in the key corresponding to the AIDS health education and behavior intervention among female sex workers to use hierarchical classification, strengthening of the owners, entertainment practitioners, in the elderly population knowledge to carry out AIDS prevention advocacy training and condom promotion, improve the consciousness and ability of their prevention and treatment of AIDS and reduce the incidence of high-risk behaviors.
