摘要
目的比较奥氮平和氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将98例符合ICD-10的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,各49例,分别予以奥氮平和氨磺必利治疗,疗程共8周,使用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评价疗效与副反应。结果奥氮平组有效率98.0%,显效率89.8%;氨磺必利组有效率95.9%,显效率85.7%,两药疗效相当(P>0.05)。奥氮平组较易引起体重增加(P<0.05),氨磺必利引起的锥体外系反应较明显(P<0.05),引起内分泌的改变较多(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平和氨磺必利对精神分裂症疗效无显著性差异,两种药物的副反应轻,安全性好。
Objective To compare efficacy and safety of olanzapine and amisulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 98 patients with sihizophrenia by ICD-10 were randomly allocated to two groups, each of 49 cases,treated with olanzapine or amisulpiride respectively for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale（TESS） were used to evaluate efficacy and adverse effect respectively. Results The efficacy rates of olanzapine group was 98.0%, and the significant efficacy rates was 89.8%, while the efficacy rate of amisulpiride group was 95.9%, and the significant efficacy rates was 85.7% after 8 weeks. The efficacy had no difficence between two groups（P〉0.05）. The rate of weisht gain in olanzapine group was higher than that in amisulpiride group（P 〈0.05）. Amisulpiride group showed more extrapyramidal symptoms（P〈0.05） and more en docrine change（P 〈0.05） during treatment. Conclnsion The results suggest that olanzapine is as effective and safe as amisulpiride for the treatment of sihizophrenia and has fewer side effect.
