计算机数字化塑形钛网颅骨修补术治疗颅骨缺损后并发症的原因及防治 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用数字化塑形钛网进行颅骨修补术应用于颅骨缺损的治疗后所出现的并发症原因及相应的防治措施。方法选取我院收治的250例颅骨缺损修补术患者作为研究对象,根据患者的治疗方式不同将其分为观察组以及对照组,其中观察组150例,对照组100例,观察组采用数字化塑形钛网进行颅骨缺损修补术,对照组患者采用传统的手工塑形钛网进行手术,分析两组患者的术后并发症情况,并进一步探讨观察组患者不同缺损面积以及患者的年龄与术后并发症的发生率之间的关系。结果观察组术后并发症的发生率为7.33%(11/150),对照组为18.00%(18/100),两组并发症方面组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.657,P<0.05)。观察组中不同缺损面积以及不同年龄的患者在术后的并发症情况来看,缺损面积≥40 cm2以及年龄≥60岁的患者其并发症的发生率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.372、4.581,P<0.05)。结论数字化钛网应用于颅骨修补术相比于传统的修补手术可以显著减少术后并发症的发生率,而颅骨缺损面积越大以及年龄越大的患者其在颅骨修补术后并发症的发生率明显升高。 Objective To analyze the cause and prevention measures of complications after computer digital shaping meshtitanium used in cranioplasty. Methods Chose 250 patients who received cranioplasty in our hospital as the re search object,accorded to the treatment method were divided into observation group(150 cases) and control group(100 cases), the observation group received cranioplasty with digital shaping meshtitanium, the control group received traditional manual shaping meshtitanium surgery,compared the postoperative complications between the two groups,and made a further exploration of the relationship between the incidence of postoperative complications and defect area,the patient’s age in observation group. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was 7.33%(11/150)in the observation group,the control group was 18.00%(18/100),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.657,P 〈0.05). Different defect area and the patients of different ages in observation group had different postoperative complications,the incidence of complications increased significantly in the patients whose defect area ≥40 cm2 and the age ≥60, the differences between groups were statistically significant( χ2= 7. 372,4. 581,P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion Digital meshtitanium using in the meshtitanium compare with traditional surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and as the skull defect area and age of the patients rise, the incidence of postoperative complications rise.
