摘要
目的分析电视胸腔镜手术对原发性非小细胞肺癌患者GLU、WBC及PA的影响。方法选取2013年1~12月在我院接受治疗的98例原发性非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组接受传统开胸肺叶切除术,研究组接受电视胸腔镜手术。比较治疗后两组患者GLU、WBC及PA水平。结果研究组患者切口长度、术后胸腔引流过量的天数、术后住院时间明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组术后1 d内该三项指标相差较大,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌患者术后GLU、WBC及PA变化小,对患者影响更小且其疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery on GLU, WBC and PA of patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer. Methods All 98 patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected. They were randomly assigned to control group and research group. The control group was given traditional thoracic lobectomy, and the research group was given video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Levels of GLU, WBC and PA in all patients were tested and recorded after the surgical treatments in different groups. Results Length of incision, days of excessive postoperative chest drainage and postoperative hospitalization time in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the three indices within 1 day after the surgery between the two groups were significantly different, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer show small changes of GLU,WBC and PA after surgery, fewer influences on patients and better curative efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
