摘要
军队"2110工程"是军委总部支持军队院校建设和人才培养的基础性、战略性工程。本文从"2110工程"实际实施管理出发,分析军队"2110工程"实施管理过程中制度建设、经费管理、物资管理三个方面存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应对策。
The military ＂2110 Project＂ is basic and strategic project that the Central Military Commission supports for the building of military academies and talent training. The article started from the actual implementa- tion management of the military ＂2110 Project＂, and analyzed problems of three aspects - system construction, funds management and material management in the implementation process of military ＂2110 Project＂, and put for- ward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
