为了提高天钢吊运渣罐铸造起重机的起升机构性能和安全可靠性,通过对铸造起重机小车结构进行重新优化选型,降低小车总高度,使铸造起重机的设计更加合理,提高了小车的承载能力及设备运行的安全性,使维护更加方便。
In order to improve the performance and safety reliability of the lifting mechanism of crane used in cast perocess for carrying slag pot, the structure of crane carriage was optimized and its type re-selected. The total height of carriage was reduced and the design of cast crane more rational. The carrying capability of the carriage and equipment running safety were improved and maintenance was more convenient.
