摘要
分析了镀前处理、镀液成分、杂质和操作条件对锌酸盐镀锌层结合力的影响,指出锌层结合力不良是镀层起泡的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。
The influences ofpretreatment, electrolyte composition, impurities, and process conditions of zincate zinc plating on the adhesion of zinc coating prepared therefrom were analyzed. It is pointed out that the blistering problem of zinc coating is caused by poor adhesion. Some countermeasures were suggested.
