摘要
数控磨床是现代制造业不可或缺的组成部分,具有加工精度高、生产效率高、质量稳定的特点。数控磨床的生产效率受多方面的影响,在相同精度要求的情况下,受主要功能部件的影响较大。从数控磨床辅助功能部件,如冷却液过滤装置、油雾分离器、防护门的改进等方面,深入分析了影响数控磨床使用寿命的因素,并提出相关改进措施。
CNC grinding machine plays an indispensable role in modern manufacturing industry since it features high precision, high production efficiency and even quality. The productivity of CNC grinder is influenced by multiple aspects. In case of the same requirement for accuracy, it is greatly influenced by the functional units, giveed an in-depth analysis of the factors that may affect the life of CNC grinding machine and correlate corrective measures involving the improvement of partial function units in the grinder such as the coolant filtration system, the oil mist separator and the protective doors etc.
