Objective Explore the montmorillonite powder and Sally amine curative effect analysis for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.methods Select our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, 150 patients with recurrent oral ulcer as the research object, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all the 75 cases, respectively for Sally amine and montmorillonite powder treatment. Results 150 patients with oral ulcer after medication, ulcer surface signiifcantly narrowed, symptoms disappeared basically, can eat. Ulcers before and after treatment in both groups, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05), two groups of patients inⅡ level difference was statistically signiifcant (P=0.043,t=1.435). Experiments found that after treatment the patient's level of TNF alpha decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), but have different extent of the two groups of patients with TNF alpha, Sally amine effect is better, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). Sally amine and smecta total effective rate was 98.7% and 97.3% respectively. But from the perspective effect were markedly improved the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group, difference was statistically significant (P=0.024,t=2.134).Conclusion Montmorillonite dispersed and Sally amine recurrent oral ulcer with obvious therapeutic effect, worth clinical promotion and use, but Sally amine curative effect is better.
