摘要
某工地一台施工升降机在进行维修作业时,由于防坠安全器被误拆,驱动装置中部分制动器失去制动性能,制动器摩擦片磨损严重,加之作业人员违规操作,致使施工升降机吊笼发生坠落事故。通过对事故现场设备状况进行综合分析,总结事故原因,提出预防事故发生的建议。
When repairing a construction elevator in a construction site, the safety device was mistakenly removed, part of the driving devices lost braking performance, brake friction plate was wore seriously, together with the workers＇ illegal operations, resulting to the lift cage falling accident. Through the comprehensive analysis of the equipment status in accident scene, this paper summarized the cause of the accident and provided effective recommendations to prevent accidents.
